Kalliopi (Greek name meaning both “Beautiful to look at” and “I am here to do the dirty work for you”) is Maria’s artificial student or daughter! It’s a “she”, she is a bot and she is scheduled to run the “easy tasks” every day! So, easily put, on an every day basis, Kalliopi reads through the company’s email and communication channels, identifies new projects and potential calls for action, checks on our availability and project conflicts and drops off all potential issues to an action list waiting for further instructions. Every now and then, when she sees one of us fooling around, she gets bold and assigns little side-projects on her own!
