Kalliopi—a proudly Greek name meaning both “beautiful to look at” and “I’m here to do the dirty work for you”—is Maria’s artificial student… or perhaps her digital daughter. She’s very much a “she,” she’s a bot, and she’s the one who quietly handles the everyday tasks that keep our pharmaceutical operations running smoothly.
Every day, Kalliopi scans the company’s emails and communication channels, identifies new projects and potential calls for action, checks our availability and any scheduling conflicts, and neatly drops all emerging issues into an action list awaiting human review. With deep exposure to our workflows and terminology, she supports our pharmaceutical expertise by maintaining consistency across documentation, timelines, and communication streams.
She also processes a massive linguistic backbone of 18.000.000 translation segments, ensuring accuracy and alignment across scientific, regulatory, and clinical terminology—an essential asset in the pharmaceutical environment where precision is non‑negotiable.
And of course, in true Greek‑spirited fashion, whenever she notices one of us drifting off or getting a bit too relaxed, she gets bold and assigns a few side‑projects of her own. Artificial or not, she definitely has personality!
